GEXNA

Terms of Service

The rules for using GEXNA, with separate protection for consumers and business customers.

Version: 2026-10-20.1 · 20 October 2026

1. The operator and these documents

GEXNA is the name of an online service operated by Kacper Zaremba, ul. Łowicka 52 m. 1, 02-531 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: contact@gexna.com. The marketing website is gexna.com and the application is app.gexna.com. The operator is an individual based in Poland; GEXNA is not represented as an incorporated company.

Read these terms together with Billing & refunds, Consumer rights and Acceptable use. The Privacy notice explains personal-data processing; it is not a blanket consent request.

Current availability: Free access is available. Paid Creator and PRO subscriptions are not open for purchase. The ebook is in preparation. No payment is taken on this website.

2. Eligibility and your account

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Provide an accurate email address, protect your login details and keep access to your connected accounts secure. Do not share credentials or allow another person to impersonate you. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

An internet connection, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and essential browser storage are required. Features involving X require an eligible X account and authorisation. Separate third-party requirements may apply.

3. What GEXNA provides

GEXNA provides tools for discovering news, reviewing editorial signals, analysing selected material, preparing AI-assisted drafts and sending user-approved posts to connected X accounts. Features and usage allowances depend on the plan and the offer shown before purchase. Unless separately agreed, the service does not include human fact-checking, legal review, managed marketing or an editorial agency service.

Free n8n resources are independent third-party templates linked for convenience. They are not a paid subscription to n8n, and using them may require separate accounts, credentials and service charges. An unfinished ebook is not a deliverable included in current subscriptions.

4. AI output and editorial decisions

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or similar to material generated for someone else. Scores and examples are editorial assistance, not professional advice or guarantees of accuracy, originality, compliance, reach, followers, revenue or account approval. Review facts, context, attributions, images, translations and rights before using an output.

GEXNA does not acquire publication rights to source material for you. You must have a lawful basis to submit and use your inputs and to publish the resulting content. Do not rely on the service for a decision requiring qualified legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. These explanations do not remove any mandatory duty concerning the service’s conformity with the contract.

5. Publishing and third-party services

Connect only accounts you are entitled to use. Review each post and any attached media before confirming publication. Successful submission is not a promise that X will keep a post visible, deliver a particular audience, or maintain an account. X and source publishers set their own rules; external availability, API limits, access restrictions and policy changes can affect features.

If a response from X is uncertain, check the connected account before retrying so that you do not create a duplicate post. Disconnecting X in GEXNA does not delete posts already published on X. You can also revoke authorisation through X. We remain responsible where the law makes us responsible for how our service handles these integrations.

6. Inputs, outputs and intellectual property

You keep rights you already hold in your inputs. You give us a non-exclusive permission to process, store, transmit and display them only as needed to operate the requested features, maintain security, meet legal duties and follow your documented instructions. This is not permission to sell your private workspace content or use it in public advertising.

You may use outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. To the extent permission from us is needed for rights we actually hold in an output, we grant a non-exclusive worldwide licence for that use. We do not promise exclusive ownership, a legally effective transfer of third-party rights, or that every output attracts copyright or is unique. Third-party rights and provider conditions still apply. GEXNA’s software, branding and interface remain ours or our licensors’; ordinary use does not transfer them.

7. Plans, allowances and future purchases

Paid access begins only after a genuine order and confirmed payment under the offer presented before checkout. No paid contract is created merely by viewing a plan or a Coming soon button. A future recurring subscription, one-time usage package or ebook must state its price, taxes, delivery and relevant terms before the buyer commits.

Allowances measure defined operations inside GEXNA. They are not a bank account, deposit, cryptocurrency, investment or a transferable payment instrument. They cannot be used to pay third parties or redeemed for cash, except for any money refund required by law or the applicable purchase rules. Full details appear in Billing & refunds.

8. Merchant of Record and payment responsibilities

Our intended paid-sales model uses an approved Merchant of Record arrangement. No provider has been activated for GEXNA. We do not currently claim that Stripe, Link or another provider is already selling or collecting tax for GEXNA.

Before any paid order, checkout and the receipt must identify the actual payment arrangement, relevant contracting entities, applicable purchase terms and tax treatment. An approved Merchant of Record may handle payment-related and indirect-tax functions for covered transactions. This does not remove our obligations to provide GEXNA or your mandatory rights against the legally responsible party. These terms do not override a provider’s terms governing its own obligations.

9. Acceptable use and proportionate restrictions

Follow the Acceptable use policy. We may limit a particular action or suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop unlawful activity, serious abuse, a security incident, non-payment or a legal requirement. We will, where lawful and practicable, explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. An urgent protective restriction may precede that notice.

Restrictions must be proportionate. A dispute or complaint made in good faith is not itself abuse. Statutory remedies and any refund due remain available; suspension is not a blanket forfeiture of all paid rights.

10. Availability, changes and ending the service

We aim to provide the described functionality with reasonable care. We do not offer a separately negotiated service-level agreement, a guaranteed response time for ordinary support, or a promise of uninterrupted access. Maintenance and external outages can occur. Keep your own copies of important material; this advice does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Necessary technical or security changes must not be used to remove mandatory consumer remedies. For a continuous paid digital service, a change beyond what is needed to maintain conformity must have a valid contractual reason, cause no additional charge and meet applicable information, durable-notice and termination requirements. Material changes are not retroactive to an already accepted purchase without a lawful basis. A price change applies to a future order or renewal only after the notice and consent required by law.

You may request account closure at contact@gexna.com. Account closure and cancelling a subscription are different actions: make clear whether you want both. For future paid subscriptions, the standard self-service way to stop automatic renewal is the “Cancel subscription” button in the application’s “Plan and credits” section. If account access or that control fails, contact contact@gexna.com. See Billing & refunds for the cancellation procedure. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or other legally effective notices. We do not promise a self-service deletion feature that is not available. If a paid service is permanently discontinued, we will address access and any unused paid period in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms.

11. Complaints and mandatory rights

Send service complaints to contact@gexna.com or the operator’s postal address, identifying the account, problem and requested remedy. We will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receipt where Polish consumer law requires that deadline; other mandatory deadlines also apply. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification route has been agreed.

Consumers and sole traders benefiting from equivalent mandatory protection keep all rights concerning digital-service conformity, necessary updates, repair or bringing into conformity, price reduction, termination, withdrawal and refunds where applicable. See Consumer rights.

12. Liability: consumers and protected individuals

We do not exclude or cap liability that must remain under applicable law, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, and data-protection liability that cannot be waived. The ordinary rules applicable to your protected relationship remain in force. An AI disclaimer, third-party reference or usage limit is not a general waiver of these rights.

13. Liability: genuine business customers only

This section applies only to customers acting in a professional business capacity who do not benefit from mandatory consumer-equivalent protection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost anticipated profits, lost business opportunities or reputational damage arising from use of the service. Our total contractual liability for the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for GEXNA access in the preceding twelve months.

This business-only allocation does not apply to intentional misconduct, fraud, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or statutory rights of consumers and protected sole traders. It does not waive independent duties under data-protection law. No business indemnity or financial penalty is imposed on consumers by these terms.

14. Law, disputes and changes to these terms

Polish law governs the GEXNA service relationship, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers under the law that would otherwise apply in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may use the courts competent under applicable law; there is no compulsory private arbitration or blanket exclusive Polish-court requirement for them.

Contact us first if you want to seek an amicable solution; doing so does not prevent a complaint to an authority or court. Where a dispute exists, we will provide information about available out-of-court routes and any participation obligation. We do not claim membership in a dispute-resolution scheme unless one actually applies.

We will give advance notice of material contractual changes where required, explain their basis and respect any right to reject or terminate. A posted update is not a basis to silently change a concluded paid order. Version dates identify the text so that it can be saved or printed.
