Acceptable use
Rules that protect users, publishers, connected accounts and the service.
Version: 2026-10-20.1 · 20 October 2026
1. Use only material you can lawfully use
You are responsible for having the permissions or other legal basis needed for your inputs, sources, images and intended publications. Public availability or inclusion in an RSS feed does not automatically authorise copying, republishing or commercial exploitation. Respect attribution requirements, licences, privacy and source restrictions.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use GEXNA for unlawful content, child sexual exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, fraud, malicious impersonation or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not upload credentials, malware, access tokens or confidential material you are not authorised to process. Avoid special-category personal data, children’s datasets or other high-risk personal-data processing.
- Do not bypass paywalls, security controls, authentication, rate limits or source restrictions, or use the service to attack, scrape or overload systems unlawfully.
- Do not buy, sell or manufacture followers, likes or other fake engagement; send spam; coordinate deceptive manipulation; or evade enforcement of a connected platform.
- Do not share accounts, resell access, circumvent usage accounting or exploit a vulnerability to obtain unauthorised access or allowances.
- Do not use draft outputs or scores as a substitute for a regulated professional assessment or for decisions about employment, credit, health or other high-impact individual eligibility.
3. Review before publishing
Check AI-assisted material before copying or publishing it, including factual claims, quotations, accusations, attribution, images and translations. You choose the connected account and confirm publication. GEXNA does not guarantee engagement, endorsement by X or immunity from a platform’s moderation rules.
The application’s current final-post workflow does not permit links in text prepared for copying or publishing. Source URLs used for discovery and analysis are distinct from final-post text. Technical enforcement or a filter is not a guarantee that every unlawful or unsuitable input will be detected.
4. Reports and enforcement
Send a rights or abuse report to contact@gexna.com. Identify the relevant material or action, explain the issue and provide sufficient information to assess it. Do not send unnecessary personal data or publish confidential evidence. A report is not an automatic finding that a user breached the rules.
We may take proportionate steps to stop a concrete violation, protect security or comply with law. Where lawful and practicable we explain restrictions and allow a response; urgent action may be taken first for a serious threat. We do not punish good-faith complaints, and mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
