For future paid subscriptions, use the “Cancel subscription” button in the application’s “Plan and credits” section as the standard self-service way to stop automatic renewal. We recommend using this button because it does not require waiting for support. If you cannot access the account or the control does not work, email us a clear cancellation request. Email handling may take time, but this does not postpone the effective timing of a valid cancellation. See Billing & refunds. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or other legally effective notices.

Use a clear subject such as Service support, Consumer complaint, Cancellation, Withdrawal, Privacy request or Rights report. For account issues include the account email; for a future payment issue include the order reference if available. Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Email and postal mail are available contact channels. We do not advertise a telephone hotline, live chat or 24/7 support. Ordinary support has no guaranteed response time; mandatory complaint and privacy-request deadlines remain applicable.

3. Current offer and billing

Current availability: Free access is available. Paid Creator and PRO subscriptions are not open for purchase. The ebook is in preparation. No payment is taken on this website.

A future Merchant of Record and the relevant transaction parties will be identified before purchase and in the receipt. No current Stripe/Link approval is claimed. Service questions remain welcome here; payment-related responsibilities will be explained for the actual arrangement before paid sales start.

For business data-processing needs, contact us before submitting a dataset requiring a processing agreement. We do not offer an automatic public data-processing contract or compliance certification through this page.
