Billing, cancellation & refunds
Clear rules for future monthly plans and usage packages, without changing your statutory rights.
Version: 2026-10-20.1 · 20 October 2026
1. Current status and intended payment model
Current availability: Free access is available. Paid Creator and PRO subscriptions are not open for purchase. The ebook is in preparation. No payment is taken on this website.
Live paid sales will use an approved Merchant of Record arrangement, subject to provider and product eligibility. GEXNA has not yet activated one. We will identify the actual entities, purchase terms and tax handling before you pay. Standard card processing alone is not represented as a Merchant of Record service.
2. What an order must disclose
Before confirming any future purchase, you must be shown the plan or package, exact payable amount and currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, activation and allowance rules, and cancellation/refund information. Any initial discount must explain the period and the later renewal price. A higher reference price is not evidence that it was previously charged.
No paid trial, future charge or add-on is authorised merely by creating a free account. Recurring billing requires the agreement disclosed in the purchase process. Paid access is activated after verified payment confirmation, not solely because a browser returns from checkout.
3. Monthly subscriptions and ending renewal
The intended Creator and PRO plans renew monthly from the purchase date on the anniversary described at checkout, with shorter months handled as disclosed there. Cancelling renewal stops the next renewal; it does not itself reverse the completed purchase. Existing paid access normally lasts until the end of its paid interval unless a lawful withdrawal, refund, serious breach or other applicable event changes that position.
When paid sales open, the standard way to disable automatic renewal is to use the “Cancel subscription” button in the application’s “Plan and credits” section. We recommend this self-service method because it is the quickest way to stop renewal and does not require waiting for support to process a message. Any applicable Merchant of Record cancellation route will also be identified in the account or receipt.
If you cannot access your account or the cancellation control does not work, send a clear cancellation request to contact@gexna.com. We will not require you to give a reason or purchase another product to cancel. Email requests may take time to process. However, the effective timing of a valid cancellation does not depend on when support reads or processes it. Technical failure must not be used to defeat a valid cancellation. This procedure does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or other legally effective notices; a clear cancellation notice is not automatically invalid merely because it was sent by email.
4. Allowances and additional usage packages
Included and additional allowances measure operations such as generating a post or confirming publication. They are personal to the GEXNA account, usable only within the applicable service, and are not transferable money or a general-purpose wallet. No payout, trading or cash-redemption service is offered; lawful purchase refunds remain possible.
The intended rule is that unused included and purchased additional operations expire at the end of the associated paid monthly interval and do not roll over. Additional packages do not extend that interval. This expiry must be conspicuous before the purchase, particularly when little time remains. A customer must not have to discover a material expiry rule only after paying.
A failed generation can release its reserved allowance. A definite rejection of a publication can return that operation allowance. An uncertain external response may remain counted until resolved to prevent duplicate use; contact support if the record is wrong. Returning an operation allowance is not the same as returning money to a card.
5. Refund policy and provider rights
We do not offer an additional discretionary money-back guarantee beyond rights arising under applicable law, the accepted purchase terms and the selected Merchant of Record’s policy. Changing your mind after a period of validly provided service does not automatically create a separate contractual refund right. This is not a no-refunds rule and does not remove statutory withdrawal, conformity or misbilling remedies.
A Merchant of Record’s applicable customer protections can be more generous and prevail where our rules would be more restrictive. If Stripe Managed Payments is selected, its current terms permit provider-initiated refunds within 60 days in relevant cases; this is not a GEXNA promise of an unconditional 60-day trial. The applicable provider rules will be identified before purchase.
Approved or legally required money refunds follow the original payment route unless lawfully agreed otherwise. A credit inside GEXNA does not replace a money refund to which you are entitled. We do not impose a general refund-processing penalty or make all refunds conditional on unused allowances.
6. Complaints, mistakes and consumer withdrawal
Report a duplicate charge, unrecognised renewal, access problem or service defect to contact@gexna.com, with the account email and transaction reference where available. Never send full card numbers or passwords. We will investigate our service and cooperate with the payment party; consumer complaints are answered within the applicable statutory deadline, including 14 days where Polish law requires it.
The separate Consumer rights & withdrawal document explains the distinction between withdrawal, cancellation and a defect complaint, including an optional model statement. It applies alongside this policy.
7. Changes, discontinuation and contact
A future price or material renewal change requires the notice and consent applicable to that contract; a new website price is not permission to charge an existing customer silently. If we discontinue a paid service, we will address unused paid access and any refund due under the law and purchase terms. Contact the operator at contact@gexna.com or Kacper Zaremba, ul. Łowicka 52 m. 1, 02-531 Warszawa, Poland.
